Registration is now OPEN for Family Fun Club, Grow-A-Garden!

This week at the library children will Grow-A-Garden! Starting off, children will decorate a monster pot! Putting a unique and creative design to their project. Children will get to choose from a variety of seeds, plant them, and take them home! Before long, children will have grown their very own vegetables! How exciting!

Family Fun Club is open to all school age children. Children 5-9 must have an adult who can provide assistance during the program. For children 10 and up, parents may choose to have their child attend independently, if they feel their child is mature and capable of completing activities without support.

Family Fun Club (FFC) is designed for school age children, as activities are complex and require some assistance. However, we understand that childcare can be a challenge, preschool siblings are welcome.

Thank you to Kerry Rowsell and family for sponsoring snacks for this weeks FFC!

Registration is now OPEN for Family Fun Club, Milk Carton Bird Feeder!

Children will have so much fun creating their own bird feeder, we have a few designs to choose from or children can create their own design. We will be using paint so wear old clothes. Children will also fill their bird feeder with seeds so it will be ready to hang when they get home.

If children would like to bring their own carton they are welcome to do so, there are a selection of cartons at the library for children to choose from as well.

Please bring along a pair of sharp scissors!
