When you’re up to your butt in alligators it’s hard to remember your assignment was to drain the swamp. Many times, we get so focused on what we are doing or how good we are doing it, we lose sight of the reason we started in the first place.
Jesus referenced this principle when He said, “I must be about my father’s business!”
He didn’t let the troubles or needs cause Him to lose sight of the reason why He came.

Busy-ness is a time-wasting strategy of the devil initiated by mans desire for identity through achievement.

Life is a book written in real time full of adventures and opportunities. It’s easy to stay focused on what you do, and a competitive world will hold you accountable for how well you do it. What you do taps into your greatest strengths, how you do it reflects your capacity to learn and grow, but only knowing “why” you are doing it gives you a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Jesus did what He had to do, and He did it with perfection, but both were overshadowed by knowing the “why” of His assignment!

What you do and how well you do it gives you success in the eyes of man. Defining and staying true to “why” you do it aligns to destiny and releases the favour and blessings of God.

So do what God has gifted you to do and do it as unto the Lord, but daily remind yourself “why” you are doing it! The fullness of God is found in the “why”. Kingdom blessings are found in these three, what, how and “why” but the greatest of these is “why”!

Gen 1:27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
Gen 1:28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."

God placed the ability to multiply on the very nature of creation. The downside is that even rats multiply! They have the ability of rapid reproduction and when they invade a space, they are very hard to remove. They carry and spread disease, feed off the garbage of life, and are a not wanted species. We have heard that life is like being caught in a rat race. A friend once said; “even if you win the rat race you're still a rat!” God didn’t give us the ability to multiply just so we can become the chief rat!

Our identity is formed by default or intentionally designed in the successes and failures of our lives. A “Kingdom Ambassador” understands that even a rat can multiply and find their way into opportunities. An Ambassador for Jesus prepares for success, learns from failures, and knows that both are opportunities to add strength and wisdom from God. They see every interaction as a life-shaping opportunity to learn and grow stronger.

By applying the Word of God “Kingdom Ambassadors” become more concerned about who they are becoming than they are about how large they have become, or what environments they have managed to infiltrate. Unhealthy strength and numbers spread disease and destruction even in success. But a healthy Kingdom culture becomes a channel of blessings and an example for others to follow.

I thank God for you as you choose to be proactive and intentional about your life and career. God is doing a great work in you, to prepare you for all He wants to do through you! So, guard your heart, guard your mind, and guard the relationships the Lord has placed in your life, and you will continue to win the race without becoming a rat! Amen!

All my life He has been faithful!

“We all experience times of testing, which is normal for every human being. But God will be faithful to you. He will screen and filter the severity, nature, and timing of every test or trial you face so that you can bear it. And each test is an opportunity to trust him more, for along with every trial God has provided for you a way of escape that will bring you out of it victoriously.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭10‬:‭13‬ ‭TPT‬‬

What a word from the great Apostle Paul!
Jim Rohn, a successful life coach of the last century said, “we shouldn’t ask for fewer problems, we should ask for greater strength!

Times of celebration will make you happy but times of testing will make you strong. No success and no ministry anointing comes without the tests. T D Jakes said “the crown is not given until the cross is endured.”

Each of us can look back and easily describe the tests and trials we have endured. But our testimony isn’t about the test it’s about how God guided, strengthened, and established us through the tests.

Some of you are on the victory side of many trials and are experiencing a deep relationship with the Lord. Others are still facing trials. Let the words of the Apostle bring you some encouragement today.

The “Yes I Can!” Transformed Life Challenge is a seminar presenting the psychology of change, identifying your state of being, along with the connected mindsets and predictable behaviours!
Every journey has a story. By identifying how it has been created we can re-write our story and create strengths needed towards our preferred outcomes.

We start the journey with the Transformed Life seminar inviting participants to enter the 20 page transformed life challenge!

The challenge can be taken solo or with the assistance of a coach!

Starting our first full two dayThriving Mindset Leadership Workshop in Drayton Valley, Alberta on Monday and Tuesday the 25th-26th of April.
The Second Workshop will be in Edmonton on Friday and Saturday the 29th and 30th.
