FMWEBDT is inviting quotes from professional photographers/videographers for a tourism content-capture project taking place September 23-24, 2026.
This is an outdoor adventure assignment in a remote setting. The successful photographer/videographer must be comfortable with working from a boat, spending extended periods outdoors, carrying and protecting their professional equipment from the elements, and adapting to changing and potentially challenging weather conditions.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a professional portfolio demonstrating high-quality still photography, videography and drone work
• Can capture stable, technically strong B-roll footage and professional high-resolution still images
• Has experience capturing fast-moving and unpredictable outdoor action
• Is comfortable working from boats and in remote outdoor environments
• Has appropriate outdoor clothing and is prepared to work outdoors in any weather condition
• Experience capturing outdoor adventure, wilderness and sport-based tourism content is preferred.
The expected deliverables will include professional still photographs and organized, unedited B-roll footage. A fully edited or assembled promotional video is not required.
Quotes will be accepted from September 4 through September 11, 2026.
Submissions should include a relevant portfolio, confirmation of availability, an itemized quote and a list of the equipment proposed for the assignment. The successful photographer/videographer is expected to be notified on September 15.
