Join us October 15-17, 2026 at Canada Olympic Park (Winsport) in Calgary for the Social Studies Council Fall Conference!
This year's theme is Podium for Positive Change: Sports at the Intersection of History and Culture.
We will gather to learn from, and to celebrate leaders from school divisions across Canada and Alberta such at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, University of Saskatchewan, National Film Board of Canada, Alberta Tomorrow, Alberta Civil Liberties Research Centre, Historica Canada, Campus Saint-Jean, Canadian Civil Liberties Association, John Humphrey Centre for Peace and Human Rights, the Chinese Canadian Museum, the Alberta Teachers Association, Aga Khan Foundation Canada, Canadian Geographic, Taking IT Global and Children First Canada.
