Looking to change your schedule?

Grades 10–12 Schedule Change Requests

If a student would like to request a schedule change, the request must be submitted by email. Please do not come to Student Services to request a schedule change, as counsellors will be working through requests in the order they are received.

We will review each request carefully and make changes wherever space and scheduling allow. Many classes are currently full, so some requested changes may not be possible.

Grades 7–9 Option Changes

Students in Grades 7–9 should attend the classes currently on their schedule during the first week of school.

Junior High Option Change Day will be Thursday, September 10.

Students do not need to come to Student Services to request an option change. Students with requests will be called down by class on Option Change Day, and changes will be made wherever space allows.

Thank you for helping us keep the process organized so we can support students as efficiently as possible. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to Westwood!
