Last night, we gathered with members, people receiving supports, families, employees and community partners for Community Living Essex County's Annual Meeting of Members.

The evening provided an opportunity to reflect on the past year, celebrate achievements, and recognize the collective efforts that help create inclusive communities where people belong and thrive.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to those who continue to support the mission and vision of our agency. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities and their families throughout Essex County.

Reporting to the Director, Finance, this role is responsible for coordinating core accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, audit preparation, and key administrative processes. The Manager, Finance also provides day-to-day leadership within the Finance Department while helping ensure compliance with agency policies, applicable legislation, and accounting standards for the non-profit sector.

This position plays an important role in maintaining strong financial stewardship and supporting sound decision-making across the organization.

Nancy and Cathy enjoyed a weekend trip to Fleur de Roy Pick-Your-Own Peony Garden. There, they enjoyed the spectacular view of many different varieties of peonies as the fragrance filled the air. Both ladies picked beautiful bouquets to take home. 💐
