June's edition of the Seasonings Cook Book Club in Leamington is coming up Thursday, June 11 at 2:00.
The theme for each month is seasonal ingredients- the seasonal ingredients for June include: strawberries, rhubarb, asparagus, garlic scapes, peas, lettuce, beans, cherries and beets
Make your food submission and bring it in to share with others. This group discussion will be on the flavours and textures of the food, the availability of the ingredients along with any knowledge you have picked up while cooking.
Please bring in your own cutlery and plate for this program. Cups will be provided. Please also bring in your own serving utensils for your dish.
