Nothing says Thursday like steak night on board! 🥩 Cooked-to-order steaks, crispy Brussels sprouts, jalapeño mac & cheese, caramelized mushrooms & onions, and yes… pecan pie. Hard work deserves good food. ⚓️ Who’s hungry?

Rien ne dit jeudi comme la soirée steak à bord ! 🥩 Steaks cuits à la commande, choux de Bruxelles croustillants, mac & cheese au jalapeño, champignons et oignons caramélisés, et oui… tarte aux pacanes. Après une semaine de travail acharné, rien de mieux qu’un bon repas. ⚓️ Qui a faim ?

☀️ Beautiful sunrise on board Caribou 57 this morning. Nothing beats fresh coffee, a new day out on the water patrolling our coastline and training the future Naval Warfare Officers. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. ⚓️

☀️ Magnifique lever de soleil à bord du Caribou 57 ce matin. Rien ne vaut un bon café chaud, une nouvelle journée sur l’eau à patrouiller notre littoral et à former les futurs officiers de guerre navale. Des moments comme ceux-ci nous rappellent pourquoi nous faisons ce que nous faisons. ⚓️
