100th Anniversary Celebration Espanola Public/A.B.Ellis School building We're celebrating the 100th anniversary of one of the oldest buildings in Espanola, once known as Espanola Public/A.B.Ellis School.

Celebration being held from August 2nd to 4th, 2019 at the Royal Canadian Legion, 370 Annette Street, Espanola

The Party of the Century is coming soon!

FRIDAY AUGUST 2

4:30 PM: Come to the Knight Cruisers car show in the school yard to see a century of cars, and to register in person

8:00 PM: Join us at the Legion for the Meet & Greet gathering, with light refreshments and a cash bar. Registration will close at 10:00 PM.

SATURDAY AUGUST 3

11:30 AM: Come to the school yard for the children's games, BBQ, and live music by Kurtis Coad and Matt Breit.

2:00 PM: Please stay with us for the formal cake cutting!

4:00 PM: Join us at the Legion for some quiet cooldown time, or use the vouchers in your registration package to save some money on your dinner at local establishments!

6:00 PM: Return to the Legion to visit your friends, check out the displays and walk through a zillion memories with our slide presentation.

9:00 PM: The social turns into a dance, with music by DJ Chris Max! Enjoy being with friends old and new!

SUNDAY AUGUST 4

11:00 AM: Wind up the celebration with brunch at the Legion, by Shay of Shay's Café in the Espanola Mall. It would be a great time to wind down, exchange contact info, and tuck into some great food before you continue your holiday weekend. If you'll be attending, please let us know, so that we can give Shay an idea of numbers.

On Friday, June 28, you can pick up a cookbook at the Strawberry Social and Bake Sale at the Seniors' Drop In Centre, and sample some of the recipes!
