On Wednesday, September 30, join Dalton Associates and the Township of Centre Wellington for a special evening of remembrance, reflection, action, and learning in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day.

We are honoured to host Leo Stands Alone Strong Atlookan of Eabametoong First Nation, alongside his brother, Elmer Atlookan. Together, this talented duo will offer cultural teachings and stories, music and dance, as well as a visual display and explanation of Traditional Regalia.

The Township has released the Draft Stormwater Rate Study on Connect CW, and we'd like to hear from you.

The study explores options for creating a sustainable, long-term funding approach to maintain and improve the Township's stormwater infrastructure, helping manage rain and snowmelt runoff from lawns, streets, and other surfaces, reducing flooding risks, and protecting our environment.

Council has directed staff to post the draft study for public feedback while deferring future public information sessions and any further consideration of the study until the next term of Council.

Although the project is on hold for now, your feedback is still important. We encourage everyone to read the Draft Study and share your thoughts at www.connectcw.ca/stormwater-rates
