Our friends at Colchester East Hants Hospice Society are hosting another Walk and Talk!

Join us on Wednesday, June 17 at 9am at East Hants Sportsplex for our last Walk & Talk session.

Walk & Talk is an opportunity for you to talk with Hospice staff about anything grief-related, and no registration is necessary.

As we approach our Family Reunion on Monday, June 15th, we have some logistical information to share. Please read carefully.

-Some parking is available on site.
-Accessible parking is very limited, please only use these spots if absolutely necessary.
-Overflow parking is available at Riverview United Church - special thanks to them for graciously allowing this option!

Our last Run and Tumble of the season is tomorrow, Thursday June 11th.

Drop into the dome at the East Hants Sportsplex from 10:30-11:30 for some open play time on the turf! We will have balls, hula hoops, blocks and more!
Please wear indoor shoes and only bring in water. Snacks may be eaten in the foyer or upstairs.
We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a blanket for any non-movers.
This free program, offered in partnership with East Hants Recreation , is for children ages 0-5 years and their caregivers.

Thanks for a wonderful Run and Tumble season and we hope to see you at our parks programs in the summer!

Our Family Reunion is coming right up in less than 2 weeks on June 15th, 2026!

We are celebrating 15 years as an organization and we would love to see past participants, supporters and partners- whether you came to a program, event, served on the board of directors, partnered for a program!
