Getting ready to close your seasonal property for the season? 🍂🏡

Before you lock up, take a few steps to help protect your property during the colder months:

✅ Winterize pipes to help prevent freezing

✅ Unplug appliances that won't be used

✅ Turn down the thermostat to maintain a safe temperature

✅ Seal gaps around windows and doors

Thinking about turning off your electricity or natural gas service?

Contact your retailer to learn about your options. Depending on how your service is set up, different charges or reconnection requirements may apply.
