Heart of the City Music Program Edmonton When children realize that they can play the piano and make music, the whole world opens up to them.

The Heart of the City Music Program (HCMP) Edmonton chapter is a registered student group at the University of Alberta that offers private music lessons (piano & guitar) to children who would otherwise not have the opportunity to do so. They realize that they can be a part of the beauty around them and that they are more than capable of accomplishing whatever they set their minds to. In addition t

o benefiting the children, volunteer teachers receive an excellent opportunity to develop their teaching skills and the chance to positively influence the lives of deserving children.

Hey everyone! Are you looking to become involved with the community? Do you want to share your love for music with others? Heart of the City Music Program offers free music lessons to disadvantaged youth, as well as a perfect opportunity to give back to the community while engaging in your passions.
