Free Transfer Station Drop-Off Extended for the Remainder of 2026!

The Town of Deer Lake will continue to cover tipping fees for Deer Lake residents at the Wild Cove and Hampden Transfer Stations for the remainder of 2026.

Residents can make **as many trips as needed** during this period. Proof of Deer Lake residency is required.

📍 Wild Cove & Hampden Transfer Sites
🕗 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
📅 Monday to Saturday

⚠️ Please note: Materials brought in commercial-sized vehicles, such as dump trucks or similar vehicles, will not be acceptedunder this program.

Please be advised that construction work will be taking place on Williams Avenue this morning.

Residents in the surrounding area may experience low water pressure for a short period of time while work is underway.
