As part of an ongoing investigation, residents will notice an increased police presence in Deep River.

There is no concern for public safety.

All Town facilities will reopen on Friday September 11, 2026.

Waste scheduled for collection on Thursday’s route will be collected on Friday, September 11, 2026. Please be patient and leave your waste out until it has been collected.

Both Miller Road and Baggs Road landfills will reopen on Friday morning.

All town facilities will be closed until further notice due to the ongoing situation in Deep River and the current direction from Deep River Police to shelter in place.

Waste collection will be postponed until the shelter in place has ended.

Miller Road & Baggs Road Landfills are both closed until further notice.

Updates on town facilities and waste collection will be posted on social media and our website.
