Reliable, sustainable funding helps food banks, First Nations, and Métis societies plan for the future, strengthen local food systems, and continue providing support to people when they need it most.

A huge thank you to GFL Environmental and their Full Circle Project for their continued support of the Cranbrook Food Bank. The Full Circle Project is GFL’s employee-driven charitable giving program that empowers customers and employees to direct support to local organizations making a real impact in their communities.

These funds help cover the overhead costs of running our Community Wide Food Drive, with the remaining support going toward an exciting project! Stay tuned for more details! 👀

We also want to give a special shoutout to Liz, pictured here, who has been volunteering with the Community-Wide Food Drive since it first began.

A giant thank you to Kootenay Christian Academy for volunteering with us last Tuesday! 💚

This group was incredibly quick, efficient, and eager to help. As we continue sorting through donations from the food drive, the students did an AMAZING job checking best-before dates and helping ensure food is ready for distribution to our community.

We’re so grateful to see young people giving back and supporting their community in such a meaningful way. Thank you for making a difference! 🥫✨

We love seeing local businesses give back while bringing amazing food and energy to our community.

The Farmers’ Market is such a special reminder of what Cranbrook is all about: supporting local, connecting with neighbours, and helping each other however we can.
