🚧 Puntledge River safety update: strainer hazard remains in place
Crews continue to address a strainer hazard along the Puntledge River that is blocking the main tubing route. While conditions have improved, the obstruction is still present and poses a risk for weekend users.
⚠️ Please use caution, follow posted signage and consider alternate plans.
🔒 Trail closure notice:
The Condensory Trail will need to close again on Monday, June 15 to allow crews to safely bring in an excavator and remove the remaining root ball.
Thank you for your cooperation as we work to keep the river safe.
