Highschool is officially out for Summer!

Isfeld will be open next week, the week of June 22, for students with "IE" reports, and required by teachers to attend to successfully meet course Curricular.

It’s been an amazing year! Thank you to all students, teachers, parents, guardians and volunteers for their dedication to another successful school year!

Mark R Isfeld Secondary School / Ecole Secondaire PAC has a group of students via Isfeld’s Cultural Exchange program collecting refundables in your area to help fund an exchange trip to Italy in March 2027. Pickup is June 20th, please leave all bottles/cans/refundables in a visible area by 10am. To arrange an alternate pickup, please connect with Kari or Leslie at the emails below on the graphic. By starting now in June they hope to have the funds for their trip in March! 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

🎓✨ Congratulations to the Isfeld Graduating Class of 2026! ✨🎓

On behalf of the Isfeld PAC, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to each and every graduate as you celebrate this incredible milestone.

Today marks the culmination of years of hard work, growth, determination, and resilience. Along the way, you have built friendships, overcome challenges, created lasting memories, and discovered strengths that will serve you well in the years ahead.

As you step confidently into your next chapter, whether it leads to further education, the workforce, travel, or new adventures, know that your Isfeld community is proud of all you have accomplished and excited for all that lies ahead.
We would also like to recognize the families, teachers, staff, and supporters who have encouraged and guided these graduates throughout their journey.

Ecole Mark R. Isfeld Secondary’s senior ultimate team qualified for the BC Provincial Championships, an historic first for a Comox Valley high school ultimate team.

This co-ed team entered provincials seeded 12th after capturing 1st place at the AAA North Islands Championship in Nanaimo and 3rd place at the AAA Islands Championship in Victoria.

The Ice capped off an inspiring season with an 11th-place finish at provincials in Surrey, BC in late May. Even more impressive: most of the athletes were first introduced to ultimate in high school, with several playing for the very first time this season.

Ultimate is a fast-paced, non-contact sport that combines athleticism, speed, endurance, and strategic thinking. What makes it especially unique at the high school level is that it is co-ed and is self-refereed, meaning players are responsible for knowing the rules and resolving calls respectfully on the field.

Congratulations to this hard-working group of athletes, along with the coaches, families, and supporters who helped make this historic season possible.

The senior girls soccer team from Mark R. Isfeld Secondary School has captured the 2026 BC AA Girls Soccer Provincial Championship!

The Ice capped off an incredible season with a 2-1 victory over Windsor Secondary in the provincial final in Kamloops, finishing the tournament undefeated and completing a remarkable 25-0 season.

Along the way, the team:
⚽ Won the UVic Team Sales Tournament for the first time in school history
⚽ Won the Carihi Investors Group Challenge for the first time in school history
⚽ Captured a fourth consecutive AA North Islands Championship
⚽ Won the AA Islands Championship
⚽ Finished the season with an astounding 108 goals scored and only nine goals against

Adding to the celebration, Isfeld's Lauren was named Tournament MVP, recognizing her outstanding play and leadership throughout the championship.

This team has represented Isfeld, Comox Valley Schools and our entire community with exceptional skill, sportsmanship, determination and teamwork.

Congratulations to every player, coach Aarlen Story, support staff, families and supporters who helped make this unforgettable season possible.

Provincial champions. Undefeated season. What an amazing story!

A BIG BIG congratulations to the Girls, who were victorious today in the final championship game in Kamloops , winning 2-1 over Windsor/North Vancouver!!! The Isfeld team was undefeated throughout the highly competitive tournament!

This is a super special achievement and we offer special congratulations to Coach Aarlen Storey, who has lead this team with incredible passion and dedication !! 🙌

Further congratulations are offered to the parents/caregivers of these exceptional players! They are backbone of every player and of the team!
