Our Founder, Thomas Vincent, has been awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal in recognition of his dedication and tireless efforts to improve our communities.

With an extensive background in hospitality and development, Thomas shifted his focus eight years ago after learning about the attainable housing crisis in Canada, particularly in Ontario. Determined to make a difference, he immersed himself in research, authored A Roadmap to Attainable Housing for the government, engaged with suppliers across the country, and founded ATTIMO Homes to help simplify the complex process of creating tiny home communities and adding Garden Suites to existing properties.
