Menstrual Health Day 🌸

At Horizons of Friendship, we believe menstrual health is an important part of overall health, dignity, and well-being. Through our partnership work and the Utz K’aslemal project, we continue supporting communities through education, awareness, and conversations that help break stigma surrounding menstruation and reproductive health.

Creating access to knowledge and encouraging open dialogue helps empower individuals, strengthen communities, and promote health equity for all. 💛

Today serves as a reminder that menstrual health matters every day, and that everyone deserves access to the care, education, and support they need.
