The extreme heat hasn't stopped our awesome team at Tanguay Custom Homes Inc. from keeping up the hard work at our multiple job sites.

We made it out to finish a sturdy equipment shed, which will protect the owner's valuable tools for many years to come.

We have also spent some time at our Muskrat Lake site, pouring the floor and covering the roof with stunning red steel. Thanks to Chad Somerville at Somerville Concrete Finishing for the helping with the fantastic floor.

The Insulated Concrete Form walls already ensure this home will be built to withstand extreme weather conditions, but the steel roof from Whitewater Metals Inc. also comes with a 40-year warranty and excellent craftsmanship. Our client is going to have a beautiful home, meant to last generations, with a stunning view on the mighty Muskrat.

Another busy week for the team at Tanguay Custom Homes Inc.!

We tackled some required refresher courses, with special thanks to Dave from Valley WorkSafe for handling the training! It is very important to ensure our team always stays at their safest when working on job sites. These annual refreshers are a fantastic opportunity to reinforce the best practices for everything we do.

Our team has also been working away at our Nudura ICF build in Douglas, with huge progress made on the roof, soffit and fascia, and progressing to interior work. We will be sharing some eye-popping photos soon!

As a Friday job, the team was working at Oaks of Cobden Golf Club installing a new invisible railing system on the rooftop. Not only does it look beautiful, but it also ensures safe access to the area for members and guests of the golf course. As a special thanks to the team, we all played a round on the gorgeous grounds at the Oaks. A fantastic end to another productive week!

This past week, our team at Tanguay Custom Homes Inc. was working on a few different projects. We continued working at the beautiful Nudura Insulated Concrete Form build in Douglas, started on a new ICF build on Muskrat Lake, and finished up a screened-in porch for another valued customer. A rare Saturday project was getting our vehicles rust-proofed!

After all the recent storms, it is a good time to point out that all of our Nudura ICF builds are built to withstand tornado-strength winds, extremely cold temperatures, and are also moisture-resistant.
