• Understand the differences between normal aging, MCI, and dementia
• Learn about lifestyle factors that support brain health and help reduce the risk of dementia
• Create a personal brain health plan
• Discover the services offered by the Dementia Society (DSORC), including resources, website information, and steps to take after a diagnosis

Oh, what a morning!

Whitewater Seniors had the best time soaking in the serenity and connecting with the horses at Greener Pastures in Westmeath today.

A big THANK YOU to Melissa and Graham, along with their amazing team, for hosting us at their rural paradise and telling us all about the truly wonderful, meaningful work they are doing with their horses to provide connection and healing for members of our community.
