Re-Elect Bill Chapman for Coaldale Town Council

One of the major highlights of my Term on Council, and as President of the Highway 3 Twinning Development Association, was the groundbreaking ceremony that took place at "Ground 0" on the east side of Taber.

On May 31, 2024, Devin Dreeshen Minister of Transportation and Economic Corridors, and Taber-Warner MLA Grant Hunter announced the government's commitment to commence road construction. I was honored to Chair this historic event, and to have Jack Van Rijn - Mayor - Town of Coaldale and other dignitaries on hand to share in this celebration.

This was a significant day for our Association, the Town of Coaldale, and, and many stakeholders along the Highway 3 corridor.

As Council has now transitioned to municipal election mode, I want to take this time to Thank each and everyone of our residents in Coaldale for your devoted support the last four years. Thank you for your letters, calls, texts, and notes to talk about the things that matter most. As well, Thank you for your prayers and words of encouragement.

My wife and I are devoted to our community of Coaldale, and we want to make the next four years on Council continue to count for your and our wellbeing.

The last four years of Council have truly been productive and engaging. Mayor Jack Van Rijn is a real inspiration to me and to what we aspire as a Town Council. I am grateful for his leadership, and together with our members of Council, we want to continue to be your ambassadors and representatives of a great community where we can work, live, play, and raise a family.
