Fraser Valley Steel Buildings Ltd. is seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our team in Chilliwack, BC. This onsite role involves various administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, organizing documents, job costing, filing, payroll, generating reports, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar tools
Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable
