The purpose of the policy is to establish a fair, consistent, and transparent framework for administering bylaw compliance and enforcement within the FVRD.

Why are we sharing this information? The policy provides clear guidance for FVRD staff, Directors, and residents by outlining roles, responsibilities, and enforcement procedures to ensure bylaws are applied consistently and resolved in an equitable manner within FVRD Electoral Areas.
