Adaptive Dance (Adults & Youth)

Adaptive Dance is a recreational dance class created for individuals with varying physical/developmental/cognitive/sensory differences. The class is shaped around the participants’ strengths and abilities. The main goal of this dance class is for participants to experience the joy of dance. Reaping the benefits that dance provides (improved body and spatial awareness, social skills development, increased confidence - the list of examples goes on) is a bonus!

Nature Playdates:

Outdoor Fun for the little Ones & Their Grown-Ups

Join us for weekly outdoor playdates designed for children (birth to age 5) and their parents or caregivers. These sessions offer a relaxed, nature-based setting to explore the outdoors, move, play, and connect with others. This is a great way to support early development through movement and curiosity—while adults enjoy conversation, connection, and community, while getting the benefits of the fresh air and a connection to nature. Snacks provided. Blanket (optional)
