Featuring two bedrooms, ocean views, and the utmost cozy comforts, this very special assisted living space comes with full furnishings and amenities, as well as all the Dovehill insurances of safety and serenity.

The full-service Dovehill package included with the room consists of three healthy, balanced meals per day (with afternoon tea time!), a variety of engaging activities, housekeeping, and 24/7 attendants.

The other day we had a fantastic Tai Chi practitioner join us for a visit and lead us through a session.

My flight was delayed by 48 hours so I have been in a state of limbo since I left the north end of the island to begin my journey south. I was invited to accompany my friend/realtor/partner of half my house to spend the day at her seniors home. I lead the group in a sitting Tai Chi session and it was tons of fun. I think I will make a series called Tai Chi for senior homes the next time I come back for a visit.

Hopefully my trip will go smoothly but it’s a gamble flying into Houston on July 3rd. I am armed with flow, good vibes and patience. eventually I will get to my destination and begin a new chapter in my already experience rich life.
