The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is currently experiencing an interruption affecting debit payment services at most municipal centres.

At this time, debit payments for municipal services can only be made at:
โ€ข Blenheim Municipal Centre
โ€ข Chatham Civic Centre
โ€ข Wallaceburg Municipal Centre

Please note that wait times may be longer than usual, as only one debit payment terminal is available at each location.

Cash, cheque, and credit card payments remain available and are not affected by this outage.

Reminder: Credit cards cannot be used to pay property taxes, municipal housing rent payments, municipal drain payments, or Entegrus payments.

ServiceOntario debit payments at the Chatham and Dresden Municipal Centres are not affected and continue to operate normally.

We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will provide updates once more information is available.
