As 2024 draws to a close and we move ever closer to a climate-denying Conservative Government, it's more important than ever for Greens to band together. What better way than through a shared meal and some 2025 election planning?

Please join us on Monday, February 10th, at the Haviland Club, 2 Havilland Street, Charlottetown, for a vegetarian potluck dinner and an AGM. We'll keep the business brief and interesting and - as usual, thanks to you - the meal will be wonderful.

2025 will bring a Federal Election and we will need to prepare. As Members of the Electoral District Association (EDA), you will be choosing the next candidate to run in Charlottetown. Every great Green Campaign is people-powered and Charlottetown Greens have proven our skills and dedication to run top ten campaigns. Along with fun, fellowship and food, your next candidate will need a campaign fund to get things started off on the right foot. This is the best time of year to donate to the 2025 campaign because your tax refund is just around the corner. Receive up to 75% of your first $400 of donation as credit, followed by 50% of any amount between $400 and $750.

It's Federal Council Election time!

The Green Party Federal Council Governs the Green Party of Canada and ensures that: the party remains true to its purpose; follows the Global Green Principles; and has the operational capacity to promote Green policies with the strongest possible voice in Parliament and in communities across the country.

As PEI Members you can vote for three roles:

Vice-Chair Anglophone (formerly V-P English)
Fund Board Representative
PEI Representative
Look for emails from the Party with information on how and when to vote. All elections are important but this one even more so since a general election is coming.
