As summer is coming to an end and kids are getting ready to head back to school in less than two weeks. We would like to wish our summer student Brooklin good luck as she enters another year at college. Thank you so much for all your hard work this summer! The kids had a wonderful time with the Summer Reading Club! We will all miss your enthusiasm and bright smile here at the library. Good Luck and thank you again Brooklin!

This Friday at 11am Castor Library is excited to be hosting Mary Lambert! Mary Lambert is an award-winning Canadian children’s singer, author, and entertainer based in Calmar, Alberta. This is sure to be a fun event for young children. So be sure to bring your little ones into the Library this Friday August 14 at 11am for her show! 💃🏼🎶📖

We are headed into our last week of our Summer Reading Club this week. Monday our theme is Coral Reef and Wednesday is our wrap up party!! Make sure to join us Monday and Wednesday from 3pm to 4pm here at the Library. We have had so much fun with all the kids this summer!

Yesterday we had an amazing turn out for our craft day! We had 15 kids into the library to participate in this great workshop that we did with Stettler Family Resource Network! Thank you so much Marlo for coming in to do this with us and look forward to partnering with the FRN in the future.

Reminder tomorrow is our Craft Workshop with Stettler FRN. No registration required and starts at 10am till 1pm. You can drop in anytime between 10am and 1pm! This will be a lot of fun for all ages! Hope to see you there!

This Friday August 7th, we are partnering with the Stettler Family Resource Network for a craft day from 10am till 1pm. We will be making ballon stress balls and doing mosaic art! There is no registration required and is fun for all ages. Be sure to come in and join in on the fun!
