Ottawa Valley Tree Experts have several positions available. As a company we take safety seriously and expect all workers to demonstrate high safety standards.

The ideal candidates will have:
· DZ driver’s license
· Experience in professional tree climbing
· Be able to perform tree trimming and removal according to industry standards
· Experience with chainsaws, rigging, lowering devices, chippers, stump grinders and other tree service equipment.
· Ability to perform strenuous work
· A good work ethic
You will need your own transportation as there is no public transit to our shop. West end Ottawa location (Stittsville).

Mid-July in Ottawa = heatwaves + dry soil, and your trees feel it. Quick sprinkler passes only wet the surface - they don’t reach the deep roots that keep your canopy healthy.

💧 Use a soaker hose in a wide ring under the outer edge of the canopy and run it on low for 60–90 minutes in the early morning for true deep watering.
