Three Rivers 50+Group

Our non-profit volunteer senior group was formed in the fall of 2014. We focus on no-cost, low cost activities for our members who are 60+years of age; most are retired and on a fixed income. Our activities include socials with music, refreshments and friendship. Our travels include many and various journeys across PEI utilizing the Montague Rotary bus that is dedicated to low cost senior travel. We also do a 3 day off Island fall trip usually in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick and have visited the Magdalene Islands. Educational and senior health presentations are a part of our monthly meetings. Membership cost is $10 per year with 50% going to our parent group PEI Seniors Federation. Due to limited space our membership is presently capped and we can only accept new members if they can fill a particular club or executive need. Grace Blackette is the group leader and can be reached at [email protected].
