UPDATE: This morning, the Brock Non-profit Housing Corporation Board approved the immediate purchase of a permanent generator system for Maple Glen Apartments in Sunderland. This industrial unit will be used to power critical common areas for heat, fire protection, elevator lift, lighting and other critical areas. The cost of this project is just over $73,000 and is essential to the seniors that live in this building. I would like to thank staff and the board for their persistence on this after last year's historic ice storm.
