Dear Members,

The Board of Directors would like to invite all members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Food Bank

Date: September 3, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM
Location: Food Bank, 1393 Marwalk Crescent

At the AGM, members will receive updates on the organization's activities and finances, and there will be opportunities to vote on motions brought forward by the Board as well as any changes to the Board of Directors.

Please note that only paid members are eligible to vote at the AGM. If you are not currently a paid member and would like voting privileges, please contact Sandra prior to the meeting.

We encourage all members to attend and participate in helping shape the future of our Food Bank.
