We need hockey bags! Our hockey program for teenagers in the alternative high school system is meant to teach them the game while surrounding them with positive volunteers and role models could use your support. The hockey isn’t always pretty, but we are all having fun while the students learn the game and build relationships with our staff and volunteers. Of course we follow the hockey up with coffee, donuts and a group chat at the arena afterwards🍩🥅

We have received a bunch of equipment and we are extremely grateful, but we still need hockey bags.

Help us set a new record
The Shop is hoping to hit a new record with car donations this year. We are presently at 61 cars donated and our year end goal is 70.
Your vehicle donation (running or not) helps our 46 students train on different vehicles.
The proceeds from the sale of these cars provides the funding to carry on this free program for the underprivileged youth that we serve.
If your vehicle is donated on or before December 31, 2025 you will receive a tax receipt for the appraised value of the vehicle for 2025
Once you fill in the donation form and sign the ownership we take care of everything else including picking up the car and changing the ownership

Just received this from Vicki at Camino Wellbeing,

"Students in the Pathways program had a great experience at 'The Shop' in Cambridge, thanks to Youth Unlimited!

Over the course of the 'Auto Week', they learned practical skills like detailing, changing tires, working on brakes, and performing oil changes. They also had the opportunity to tour Valet Car Wash, Werners Auto, and Crosby Volkswagen, where they got to explore the different career paths in the auto industry.

Experiences like this reflect on the different ways we support young people in building not just skills, but confidence, purpose, and a sense of possibility.

A big thank you to these generous local businesses for opening their doors and sharing their expertise!"

The Pathways to Learning group joined us to spend a week at The Shop. The ten youth experienced hands on training on basic auto repair such as oil changes, tire changes and car detailing. Part of the week included tours of some of our partners facilities. This allowed the youth to see various aspects of automotive sales and service.
Thank you Valet Car Wash, Werner's Auto Sales and Service and Crosby Volkswagen for your hospitality. The Pathways youth were so thankful for the time you spent explaining what you do and the opportunities available to them in the automotive industry
