South Division officers arrested a 44-year-old Guelph male after responding to a report of a male with what appeared to be a handgun at a shopping centre on Hespeler Road in Cambridge.

A BB gun was seized and no physical injuries were reported.

The accused was held for a bail hearing.

The involved vehicle is believed to be a blue Ford F-150.

A pellet gun was seized and a 16-year-old Cambridge male has been charged with Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose.

No physical injuries were reported.
