Quality means standing behind what we sell long after the invoice is paid. It means answering the phone when equipment needs service, facilitating warranty work without runaround, and being honest when something isn’t right.

The brands we represent earn that position through consistent manufacturing standards, reliable performance across thousands of deployments, and commitment to supporting the departments that depend on their equipment.

We’ve walked away from partnerships when quality declined. We’ve had difficult conversations with manufacturers when issues arose.

Quality isn’t just what we sell - it’s how we operate.

Product feature: the Vision C5 Facepiece Gen 2: enhanced situational awareness when visibility matters most

The Vision C5 facepiece delivers a wider field of view that improves situational awareness in zero-visibility conditions. Single reflex face seal provides enhanced comfort and easier donning without constant adjustment during operations. Dual voicemitters exceed NFPA speech transmission requirements, improving communication when coordinating with your crew. Expanded heads-up display provides visual alerts for air remaining, ePAR, and EVAC status without breaking focus from the task.

External buddy lights help locate team members in smoke-filled environments. Modular design enables future upgrades and simplifies serviceability. Enhanced breathability reduces user burden during extended operations.

The C5 facepiece integrates seamlessly with Air-Pak X3 Pro SCBA systems, delivering the respiratory protection and operational intelligence firefighters need when conditions deteriorate.

BC Fire Chiefs Expo 2026: what a weekend in Victoria!
Connecting with fire chiefs, department representatives, and industry partners from across BC reminded us why we do this work. Conversations about equipment needs, training opportunities, and the challenges departments face help us serve you better.

From hands-on demos with Holmatro, Scott Safety, and Seek Thermal to discussions about maintenance services and emerging technology, the weekend reinforced what we already know - BC’s fire service community is second to none.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth and to for organizing another exceptional event. Already looking forward to next year.

earned a place in our lineup by becoming Canada’s first UL Verified decontamination product for NFPA 1851 biological decon. Not through marketing claims, but through actual third-party verification.

Contamination from smoke, carcinogens, heavy metals, VOCs, and biologicals accumulates on turnout gear with every fire, creating long-term health risks that studies continue to connect with firefighter cancer rates.

X-Tinguisher removes these contaminants effectively while remaining biodegradable and made in Canada. Clean gear isn’t just about appearance or department policy - it’s about reducing occupational exposure to substances we know cause harm.

When departments prioritize decontamination seriously, X-Tinguisher delivers products that actually work without compromising environmental responsibility.

Showing off our brands last month at the Saskatchewan Fire Chiefs Trade Show!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth and to the Saskatchewan Fire Chiefs for hosting an excellent event. Proud to serve fire departments from coast to coast.

A great visit with showing off extrication tools 🔥

Connecting with departments in person and getting hands-on with the equipment makes all the difference. Whistler firefighters face unique challenges with mountain terrain, heavy tourist traffic, and remote locations where backup isn’t around the corner.

Getting familiar with Holmatro rescue tools before you need them on scene builds the confidence and muscle memory that matters when extrication can’t wait.

Why we promote Scott AirPak over any other SCBA apparatus.

Respiratory protection isn't where you compromise. built the AirPak system around what firefighters actually need in zero-visibility, high-stress environments - not what looks good in a catalog.

The harness distributes weight properly so you're not fighting your equipment while you're fighting fire. The facepiece seals reliably across different face shapes without constant adjustment.

The buddy breathing system works when someone's air supply fails and seconds matter. Scott's service infrastructure means parts are available and repairs get handled without your SCBA sitting on a shelf for months.

After decades in this industry, we've seen what fails and what doesn't. The Scott AirPak doesn't fail.
