What happens when we stop writing about the body and begin writing from it?

Join poet and performer Anahita Monfared for a generative poetry workshop that explores writing beyond politeness, perfection and self-censorship. Participants use guided meditation, close readings and generative prompts to write poems that go straight for the jugular and don't ask for permission.

Come prepared to experiment, and leave with new poems and new ways of writing with your whole self.
