Do you like to be scared? Do you like to be really scared for a good cause? Lake Manor in BURNABY is transformed every year into a ghoulish and frightening haunted house that will heighten your Halloween senses and scare you senseless. This will be our last year and we hope to raise awareness and funds for research for a little known and understood form of dementia called Lewy Body Dementia. Linke

d to Parkinson's disease, Lewy Body Dementia is progressive and eventually robs the individual of his/her physical and mental capacities. Robin Williams had Lewy Body and his despair over his decline in function drove him to suicide. Little is known about Lewy Body Dementia. More research is needed to discover better treatment and hopefully a cure. Please join us for a really good scare on Sunday October 30 and/or on Halloween Monday at Lake Manor at 4990 Grafton Street in Burnaby. A 5 minute car ride/10 min bus ride from Metrotown station. Our 12ft skeleton transformation! On the left is what Juicy Joe and Boney Bob looked like before we altered them. Juicy Joe took about 12hrs in total to make him look extra corpse-y and Bob has been coated in a uv-reactive paint that glows blue, with teeth and finger detailed with black paint to make them “pop”

We can’t wait to see everyone on the 30th and 31st. The charity walkthrough will be open from 6-10pm. Hope to see you there!
