Proud moment for the Burlington Sea Cadets, RCSCC IRON DUKE, as they took part in the Battle of thr Atlantic parade in Burlington on Sunday, May 3rd.

This meaningful parade and ceremony honours the sailors, aircrew and merchant navy who served during the Battle of the Atlantic - the longest campaign of World War II - remembering their courage, sacrifice, and the vital role they played in keeping supply lines open during WWII.

RCSCC IRON DUKE joined members of the Halton and Burloak Naval Veterans, RCSCC OAKVILLE, city dignitaries and other serving and retired members of the Canadian Forces.

On Saturday, October 18th, our cadets set sail (figuratively!) to Toronto to tour HMCS Margaret Brooke during her Great Lakes tour. ⚓️

Cadets had the amazing opportunity to go aboard, meet the crew, and see firsthand how the ship operates while on deployment — from communication systems to life at sea and beyond!

Such an incredible experience to connect with and see our Navy in action!
