🚒Firefighters with Grand Bay-Westfield, Greenwich Volunteer Fire Department, Saint John and Welsford Volunteer Fire Departments will be conducting training exercises at various locations throughout the community👩🚒

⏰Approximately 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
📍Residents and motorists can expect to see multiple fire vehicles moving between, and operating at, the Grand Bay-Westfield Fire Training Facility (319 Highland Road), Fire Station #1 (615 River Valley Drive), Brundage Point River Centre (4 Ferry Road), and Westfield Crescent (Northern end).
Westfield Crescent will be closed at the Northern end while Firefighters conduct wildland Firefighter training. All residents of Westfield Crescent will be able to access their properties throughout the training.
🛥️Firefighters will also be conducting water rescue training in the area of Brundage Point, and residents can expect to see several rescue boats in the area.
🚗Motorists can expect emergency vehicles to be parked in all of the above mentioned locations, however, there should be minimal disruption to traffic.
🚨No lights or sirens will be used during the exercise.
⚠️Should you encounter fire apparatus responding with lights and sirens, it will be for an actual emergency.
