Regional Park Passes are back! Another way your library can help you save money! 💰

The Regional Park Pass Lending Program officially begins this Friday! Stop by your local library ahead of the long weekend and pick up a pass. Park passes are available for 7-day loans from May 15 to September 8. All details can be found on our website: https://southeastlibrary.ca/regionalparkpass

Warmer weather is approaching, which means more time for windows and doors to let fresh air in! 🏠

To avoid radon testing that might underestimate radon levels, our Radon Detector Kits will be taking a break over the summer and will be circulating again in November. All current holds will remain in the queue.

As per Health Canada guidelines, radon testing should take place in the colder months, as indoor radon levels are typically higher at this time and will provide more accurate test results. https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/publications/health-risks-safety/guide-radon-measurements-residential-dwellings.html
