NEW TEMPORARY STOP SIGN: ONTARIO STREET (NORTHBOUND) AT BUTLER STREET 🛑🚗

As part of the detour for the County Road 64 (Prince Edward Street) reconstruction project, a temporary STOP sign has been installed on Ontario Street for northbound traffic at Butler Street.

This new sign will enhance traffic safety and help reduce congestion for motorists traveling southbound on Ontario Street as they approach the rail lines.

Please remember: never stop on the railway tracks. Always ensure there is enough space on the far side of the crossing and that traffic ahead has fully cleared the signalized area before proceeding.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation in keeping our roads safe.

COUNTY ROAD 64 (PRINCE EDWARD STREET) RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT REMINDER: PLEASE FOLLOW POSTED DETOUR ROUTES 🚧

Construction on the County Road 64 (Prince Edward Street) reconstruction project continues to progress.

While access to homes and businesses will be maintained, motorists are reminded to follow the posted detour routes and avoid travelling through active work zones unless accessing a local property or business.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we complete this important infrastructure investment.
