As part of Small Business Week 2026, the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg is hosting a Small Business Open House on Wednesday, October 21, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Municipal Building in Cookville.
Whether you have a new business idea, are looking for guidance, or want to learn more about available resources, MODL staff will be on hand to help.
Topics will include: MODL Business Navigation Service

E-permitting and development services
Business support resources
Coffee and light refreshments will be available.
This event is part of a regional Small Business Week collaboration offering business owners and entrepreneurs opportunities to connect, learn, and explore resources across the South Shore.
