Participation Support Services We strive to help adults with physical disabilities to live as independently as possible.

Participation Support Services Brantford receives its funding assistance through the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network (HNHB LHIN) via the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. The funding from the LHIN provides approximately 80% of the total annualized budget for Participation House Brantford. The LHIN does not provide funding for any special equipment or capital

needs of the organization. Therefore, continuous fundraising efforts are made through special events, requests to Foundations and major gifts from local individuals to help support those costs. It is therefore very important that the organization look for constant opportunities to help with its financial responsibilities as well as its commitment to persons with physical disabilities in Brant County.
