Pricing

$5.00 per package – curbside pickup at our office

It will cost you an additional $7.50 + HST if you want us to deliver it to your house. (+ HST) Delivery is only available if you live in Brantford Monday – Friday from 7 pm – 9 pm.

Our Mission

Our mission is to solve the porch pirate problem. This will be solved by having a safe and secure office where your packages can be delivered to give you peace of mind.

Steps that need to be taken:

STEP 1

Place your order online and have your package shipped to our office address rather than your house address which is:

340 Henry Street Unit 17 Upper Level, Brantford, ON., N3S 7V9

STEP 2

Email or call us with your full name, phone number and tracking number (when possible). If you want us to deliver the package to your house, please leave your address.

STEP 3

When your package arrives we will contact you or deliver it to you that night between 7 pm – 9 pm. Delivery is an additional $7.50 + HST with a maximum of 3 packages.

STEP 4

Call us once you arrive at our office or push the RING doorbell and we will bring the package to your vehicle.

STEP 5

We will only release packages to the person the package is addressed to. You must provide a valid government ID and proof of address.
