A: A Will, also known as a Last Will and Testament, is a legally prepared and bound document that states your intentions for the distribution of your assets and wealth after your death.

Q: Do I need a commissioner of oath or a Notary Public?

A: this document requires a notary public.

A: A Commissioner of Oaths is a person authorized to take your oath or solemn affirmation when you sign an affidavit or a statutory declaration

A: An affidavit is a document that contains facts and information promised to be true by the person making it. An affidavit can confirm the veracity of facts and can be submitted as evidence. It is your written testimony.

Q: Does a AFFIDAVIT require a Commissioner of Oath or a Notary Public?

A: Requires a person who is appointed as a commissioner under the Commissioners for Taking Affidavits Act (an commissioner of oath)
