We’re excited to announce that the Bracebridge Library is now open 7 days a week! Starting this Sunday, you can visit us from noon - 4:00 p.m. for browsing, borrowing, studying, creating, and everything else you love about the library!

On September 6, 1966, Star Trek first aired and introduced viewers to a whole new world of space exploration with strange new worlds and unforgettable characters.

Did you know the show debuted in Canada first? The episode "The Man Trap" aired on CTV, then on NBC in the United States 2 days later.

It's back-to-school season!

Children are not the only ones getting ready for their first day of school. Some Bracebridge Library staff wanted to get in on the fun, too!

What do you remember most about going back to school? If you want, share a picture of you (or your little one) on their first day of school.

We can't wait to see you during the school year! We have programs for all ages running throughout the year and rooms available if you need a quiet place to study.
