Please join us in welcoming LaVallee SiteWorks to the Chamber!
LaVallee SiteWorks Ltd. is an Indigenous-owned project management and construction company based in Bonnyville, serving the Cold Lake-Bonnyville corridor and northeast Alberta.
We build and manage projects with a specialty in earthmoving. Our work falls into two areas. Management services cover project management, field-level supervision, operations support, and owner representation. That includes fractional PM, where owners get senior project management on a defined scope or retainer without a full-time hire. Construction services cover full-scope earthworks and multi-trade coordination, delivered with our own crews and equipment or through managed subcontractors. We work with industrial, municipal, and First Nation clients.

Founder Joe LaVallee is a member of the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nation (AOPFN) and brings 31 years in Alberta construction, including 11 years in owner-side roles with oil majors. He is a Gold Seal Certified Project Manager in Roadbuilding and Heavy Construction and a National Construction Safety Officer, with an Applied Project Management certificate from SAIT and Oilfield Reclamation certification from Olds College.
Whether you need a full project delivered, a few days a month of senior PM, or dirt moved on schedule, we handle it.
Build. Manage. Deliver.

Our Team is spending the week at the Canadian Chamber Executives of Alberta Summit in St. Albert!

Thursday was packed with insightful discussions centered around advocacy, including engaging panel sessions, peer-to-peer conversations, collaborative table discussions, and interactive group exercises. One of the key takeaways was exploring the important distinction between advocacy and politics while connecting with chamber professionals from across Alberta.

Participants also toured the St. Albert Gazette/Great West Media facility, gaining a behind-the-scenes look at the newspaper production process. It was especially exciting to learn that the paper used in their operations is supplied by one of our valued members, Lakeland TODAY!!
