If you registered your child or children for the Adopt-A-Child / Keep Kids Warm program, your warm winter clothing is ready for pick-up!
📍 Location: 250 Sidney Street (Main Entrance)�👋 Look for the signs — our amazing volunteers will be there to greet you and help out.

🗓️ Pick-Up Dates & Times:
* Monday, November 3: 12 PM – 8 PM
* Tuesday, November 4: 12 PM – 8 PM
* Wednesday, November 5: 12 PM – 6 PM

🪪 Please remember to bring photo ID for yourself and your child.

The Keep Kids Warm / Adopt-a-Child program would not be possible without the incredible generosity of our local community members and organizations. Because of your donations, thousands of children will stay warm this winter! ❄️🧣

Recently, AAC volunteer Ann accepted a donation from CBI Health's Teri and Kim — just one example of the amazing support we receive from local businesses and individuals alike.

❄️ Keeping Kids Warm This Winter! ❄️

Our amazing Keep Kids Warm / Adopt-a-Child volunteers have been working tirelessly over the past few weeks, preparing thousands of packages filled with cozy snowsuits and boots to help local children stay warm this winter. ❤️

🎁 Packaging is nearly complete, and items will be ready for pick-up at 250 Sidney Street on:
📅 Monday, November 3: 12 PM – 8 PM
📅 Tuesday, November 4: 12 PM – 8 PM
📅 Wednesday, November 5: 12 PM – 6 PM

A huge thank you to all the generous community members whose donations have helped us outfit 1200 local children this year! 👏

Volunteers from Stirling Municipal Office, Central Hastings OPP, Prince Edward County OPP, and Belleville have all come together to make sure every child has warm coats, snow pants, and boots—just in time for the cold weather ahead. 🧣🧤

Thank you to all the families who registered for this year’s KEEP KIDS WARM / Adopt-a-child of Hastings Prince Edward County.

Registration is now officially closed. ❤️🧥

As the need for warm winter clothing for children grows, community support is more important than ever.

How you can help:
✨ Monetary donations are preferred so we can purchase exactly what’s needed for each child. If donating by cash or cheque, please include your full name, full mailing address, and phone number for receipt purchases. Cheques can be made payable to ADOPT-A-CHILD and sent to the Belleville Police Service, c/o Constable Brittney Blake, or Quinte Broadcasting.
✨ We accept new or gently used coats and winter boots! As of October 1, you can call Quinte Broadcasting at 613-969-5555 to sponsor a local child.

Your kindness and generosity help ensure every child has the chance to stay warm this winter.

🎙️ Constable Blake from the Belleville Police Service and Lorisa Potter, a dedicated Adopt a Child volunteer, were all smiles while recording radio messages to help spread the word about KEEP KIDS WARM / Adopt-a-child of Hastings Prince Edward County!

👉 If you need help suiting your kids up for the cold, this program provides brand-new snowsuits and boots for children 12 and under — supporting working families and those in need in Belleville, Central Hastings (Stirling, Madoc, Marmora, & Tweed), and Prince Edward County.
